WebCentral Account Management

As your nominated WebCentral Partner we manage your account with WebCentral, primarily through the use of the many tools available in Mission Control, allowing us to log and track technical or support requests on your behalf using WebCentral's excellent job logging system, provide assistance in creating and managing your email accounts, checking server status, accessing the statistics server etc.

Of course, you also have access to Mission Control, so you can track progress on technical requests or seek assistance directly from WebCentral if you prefer (we also receive automatic notification whenever you log a job). We work together with you and WebCentral to ensure everything runs smoothly with your web site and email.

Domain Name Registration, Management and all Renewal Fees

All registration and renewal fees of your primary domain are included in our packages.

Also included is the on-going management of your domain, keeping your details up to date in the registry and ensuring your domain licence is monitored and protected.
